UPDATE: Nike’s new military-style sneaker-boot oozes attitude and class with its ballistic nylon back half, double-zipped heel and ankle strap, and premium full-grain leather front section. And in ivory, the build looks especially fresh. While they take a little longer to get on than your average sneaker, the effort is rewarded with a seriously sophisticated look. Those looking to cop, hit up Nike+ SNKRS, nike.com and select retailers on August 11.
Later this week, Nike‘s SF Air Force 1 Mid will make its retail debut in all-black camo. Just days away from the model’s big premiere, the Swoosh have released official images of the second colourway we can expect for the military-tuned sneaker.
This ‘Olive Neutral’ rendition features a bone white leather and canvas upper with matching laces, ankle strap and heel tab. The shoe’s titular olive pigment is reserved solely for the sole unit, insole branding and rear identification. With its gusseted tongue, medial ventilation eyelets, secure strap and rope lacing, you can be sure those Uptowns will serve you well on the battlefield… though try and steer clear of mud.
The Nike SF Air Force 1 in ‘Neutral Olive’ is expected to release through select retailers this July.
